Transfer: an update on the status of standard protection clauses
The APDP must adopt standard data protection clauses (SDPCs). In the meantime, the Authority states that the European Union’s standard contractual clauses are not sufficient to guarantee the transfer of data from the Principality of Monaco to a country that does not have an adequate level of protection. The factsheet, available in French only, summarises the APDP’s position prior to the adoption of various sets of SDPCs.
