To find out more about Céos
Named Céos, “he who thinks”, in reference to the Titan of intelligence in Greek mythology, the APDP's virtual assistant can answer your questions in several languages about personal data protection and security in the Principality.
Developed in a dedicated, secure, isolated environment hosted in France, Céos does not collect any personal data. The user's IP address is not collected. Conversations are encrypted and anonymized. They are kept for 1 month to improve the operation of Céos. Only administrators have access.
The Céos operating database is made up mainly of information available on the APDP website, but it may also draw on its initial knowledge base, depending on the questions asked.
Céos evolves regularly, and its answers may vary for the same question.
Céos is first and foremost an instrument designed to provide you with quick answers on Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024 and data protection in the Principality in general.
In this respect, its answers should not be considered as an official position of the APDP, nor as equivalent to legal or technical advice provided by an APDP representative.
