List of countries with an adequate level of protection
The list of countries, territories and international organisations offering an adequate level of protection is adopted by the Government by Ministerial Order.
The APDP is consulted in advance for its opinion.
This list is regularly updated. It is published in the Journal de Monaco and on the APDP website.
Pending the publication of this Ministerial Order, the previous list drawn up in 2009 by the CCIN remains valid.
