Register template

In order to help you complete your data breach register, in accordance with Article 32 of Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the APDP provides you with a register template in the form of an Excel file (in French)  that you can download here.

This template enables you to document the facts concerning the breach, its effects and the measures taken to remedy it, as well as compliance with your obligations towards both the APDP and the persons affected by the breach.

Designed to assist you, it will automatically tell you when you select a level of risk whether you need to notify the APDP.

In order to ensure that this Excel file functions correctly, it is essential to activate the macros. These are used to automate certain tasks and ensure that the built-in functions run correctly. A data sheet explaining how to activate these macros and use the template is available here.
