Forms and Tools

To help you comply with Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the APDP provides you with forms (in French only) enabling you to :

notify a data breach ;
appoint a Data Protection Officer ;
appoint a representative in the Principality ;
declare a video surveillance system in a place not open to the public ;
declare a data transfer that meets the criteria set out in paragraph 3 of Article 99 of the Law ;
seek the prior opinion of the APDP for research in the field of health ;
seek the prior authorisation of the APDP for the transfer of data in the context of research in the field of health.

It also provides you with dedicated tools, sheets and aids for:

keeping your record of processing activities ;
keeping your data breach register ;
testing your website (section reserved exclusively for DPOs registered with the APDP).
