Forms
To help you comply with Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the following forms are available :
- Data breach notification form ;
- Form for appointing a Data Protection Officer ;
- Form for the appointment of a representative in the Principality ;
- Form to declare a video surveillance system in a place not open to the public ;
- Form to declare a data transfer that meets the criteria set out in paragraph 3 of Article 99 of the Law.
