Record template

To help you fill in your record of processing activities, in accordance with Article 27 of Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the APDP is providing you with a record template as an Excel file (in French) to download here.

This template contains all the compulsory information required by the law, as well as additional fields (questions on monitoring and impact analysis, for example), making it easier for you to identify any activity requiring special attention.

In order to ensure that this Excel file functions correctly, it is essential to activate the macros. These are used to automate certain tasks and ensure that the built-in functions run correctly. A data sheet explaining how to activate these macros and use the template is available here.
