You can then print the form, have it signed by the authorised person, and address it to us by postal service (registered letter with return receipt) or by hand to our offices. If the paper version of the form is not returned to you within six months, your preregistration is cancelled. Address this document duly completed and signed by postal service (registered letter with return receipt) or by hand to our offices.
