{"id":20620,"date":"2025-01-16T11:23:25","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T10:23:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apdp-mc-stage.jupiter.cdigital.fr\/?page_id=20620"},"modified":"2025-10-29T10:23:11","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T09:23:11","slug":"teleworking-and-personal-data-protection","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/apdp.mc\/en\/apdp\/fact-sheets\/privacy-in-the-workplace\/teleworking-and-personal-data-protection\/","title":{"rendered":"Teleworking and personal data protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Governed in the Principality by Law no. 1.429 of July 4, 2016 on teleworking, \u00ab<em>Teleworking is a form of work organization and execution \u00a0using information technologies within the framework of an employment contract governed by Law no. 729 of March 16, 1963, as amended, and in which work, which could also have been carried out on the employer&#8217;s premises, is carried out partly away from those premises on a regular basis <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Its implementation presupposes that two cumulative conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>the employee\u2019s agreement,<\/li>\n<li>the provision by the employer of the technical and material resources required for such an exercice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In view of the widespread use of teleworking in the Principality, the APDP felt it necessary to issue a reminder of the best practices to be adopted by both employers and employees to ensure the security of information systems, the protection of personal data and respect for employees&#8217;
