{"id":20308,"date":"2025-07-16T14:54:06","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T12:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apdp-mc-stage.jupiter.cdigital.fr\/?page_id=20308"},"modified":"2025-10-10T17:03:38","modified_gmt":"2025-10-10T15:03:38","slug":"register-template","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/apdp.mc\/en\/professionnels\/forms-and-tools\/data-breach-register\/register-template\/","title":{"rendered":"Register template"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to help you complete your data breach register, in accordance with Article 32 of Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the APDP provides you with a register template in the form of an Excel file (in French)\u00a0 that you can <a href=\"https:\/\/apdp.mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Registre-des-violations-de-donnees-V1_0.xlsm\"><strong>download here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This template enables you to document <strong>the facts<\/strong> concerning the breach, <strong>its effects<\/strong> and <strong>the measures<\/strong> taken to remedy it, as well as <strong>compliance with your obligations<\/strong> towards both the APDP and the persons affected by the breach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Designed to assist you, it will automatically tell you when you select a level of risk whether you need to notify the APDP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to ensure that this Excel file functions correctly, it is essential to activate the macros. These are used to automate certain tasks and ensure that the built-in functions run correctly.
