{"id":20291,"date":"2023-12-11T16:04:55","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T15:04:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apdp-mc-stage.jupiter.cdigital.fr\/?page_id=20291"},"modified":"2026-05-27T14:35:47","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T12:35:47","slug":"forms-and-tools","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/apdp.mc\/en\/professionnels\/forms-and-tools\/","title":{"rendered":"Forms and Tools"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To help you comply with Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the APDP provides you with forms\u00a0 (in French only) enabling you to :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>notify a data breach ;<\/li>\n<li>appoint a Data Protection Officer ;<\/li>\n<li>appoint a representative in the Principality ;<\/li>\n<li>declare a video surveillance system in a place not open to the public ;<\/li>\n<li>declare a data transfer that meets the criteria set out in paragraph 3 of Article 99 of the Law ;<\/li>\n<li>seek the prior opinion of the APDP for research in the field of health ;<\/li>\n<li>seek the prior authorisation of the APDP for the transfer of data in the context of research in the field of health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It also provides you with dedicated tools, sheets and aids for:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>keeping your record of processing activities ;<\/li>\n<li>keeping your data breach register ;<\/li>\n<li>testing your website (section reserved <strong>exclusively for DPOs<\/strong> registered with the APDP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This section is regularly updated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To help you comply with Law no. 1.565 of December 3, 2024, the APDP provides you with forms\u00a0 (in French only) enabling you to : notify a data breach ;
